Shipping Policy

General Information

To Ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames that we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.  We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard shipping takes between 3-5 business days, but can differ depending on where it is being shipped and other factors. Expedited shipping takes between 2-3 business days, but can differ depending on where it is being shipped and other factors.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50.00

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number so you can check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your tracking confirmation email within 48 hours please contact us at contact@sunsetboutiqueofficial.com and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

15 day return policy from receipt of package for refund. 30 day return policy from receipt of package for store credit (preferred).

Prepaid shipping for returns is available by emailing us at contact@sunsetboutiqueofficial.com. 

 

All items must be returned in their original condition with tags on to:
